30-Day Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Courtside Apparel will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
